Reading West MP Martin Salter has urged the Chief Executive of Oxfordshire County Council to incorporate the Whitchurch Bridge into the Highways Network.

Reading West MP Martin Salter celebrates the arrival of the UK Youth Parliament (UKYP) to the House of Commons. Members of the UKYP will hold their 2009 annual meeting in the Chamber of the House of Commons on Friday 30th October.

Despite opposition from some MPs representing commercial fishing interests, the groundbreaking Marine and Coastal Access Bill completed all its stages in the House of Commons and is now expected to become law in advance of the Queen’s Speech on 18th November 2009.
