Save Pincents Hill and Whitehart Meadows
On April 23rd 2009, West Berkshire councillors voted to include Whitehart Meadows in Theale and Pincents Hill in Tilehurst in the top three of the list of the council’s preferred development sites in the Local Development Framework (LDF) which covers the period to 2026. The LDF now goes out to a formal consultation and Martin Salter is encouraging local people to register their opposition to this proposed destruction of the green gap between Tilehurst, Calcot, and Theale and the expansion of the existing settlement boundaries.
